Our Guiding Principle
Based on the Japanese business philosophy popularised by Toyota's manufacturing system, Kaizen refers to the approach of small but continuous improvements in search of unreachable perfection. Our education system utilises the principle of Kaizen to consistently develop our students and prepare them to reach their highest potential.
At Kaizen, we recognise that there is no such thing as perfection. However, we know that there is always something that can be done better, more effectively, more efficiently. That's why the Kaizen philosophy instills our tutors to constantly improve our students and push them beyond their academic limits, one step at a time.
Our teaching methods and resources are regularly updated with feedback from our students and tutors, ensuring that our students receive the best education in the most effective way possible. The Kaizen philosophy is applicable to not only our students but also our tutors and our company.
Our well planned curriculum ensures that students receive the correct information at the correct time, ensuring that they are fully prepared when the time comes. That's why we begin our practise exams in March, well before the actual exam in June.
Point Kaizen refers to the implementation of short and quick changes that aim to fix small problems quickly and prevent bigger issues from occurring. Our tutors use this method to quickly adjust their teaching methods to suit the needs of students.
Hello! We are the Kaizen Education team and we are here to offer your child the best chance to succeed in their studies. As former selective students ourselves, we know the ins and out of the selective exam and how to best prepare your child in the lead-up to the big day.
